The information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. N. 196/2003, Decree Law 13.05.2011 no.70 - Code concerning personal data protection to all those who visit the institutional website http://fashionschool.com and benefit from electronic services.
This section describes how to manage the site in relation to the processing of visitors’ personal data.
The information is rendered strictly to the website mentioned above and not to other websites which you may access through any specific links.
According to the law, the processing of personal data will follow the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of privacy and users' rights. Pursuant to Article 13 of the law no.196/2003, we provide the following information:

A1. Navigation data
The personal data of users who visits the website http://fashionschool.com are cause of their nature recognizable through processing and associations with data held by third parties and may allow the identification of the user. These data are acquired during the operation of computer systems and software procedures. This category of data includes IP addresses or computers domain names used by visitors, the time of the request, the size of the file obtained in response, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the method used to submit the request to the server, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information about the website and to check its correct functioning. http://fashionschool.com doesn’t contain sensitive data as defined by the Legislative Decree no.196/03 concerning the privacy.
Istituto di Moda Burgo S.r.l. collects personal information only if users connecting to this site, access certain services, such as requests for information material. The data is then processed to provide the service and will be disclosed to third parties (authorities to which it is required by law or for contract purposes to disclose such data, a company authorized by us to deliver the service, our consultants and professionals engaged in activities administrative/fiscal or auxiliary activities of a technical nature) in accordance with the current legislation about protection of personal data (Legislative Decree no.196/03) and only if the disclosure is necessary to comply with the demands of the users. The data will be processed whether manually or with electronic instruments. Any refusal to supply such data may result in the failure to provide the service.
Access to the site guarantees the confidentiality of the name of the user. You agree that your name will be retained by “Istituto di Moda Burgo S.r.l.” for the sole purpose of establishing a beneficiaries database of any subsequent updates or information. At the written request of the user, the company will promptly delete his/her name from the database, confirming the user the same.
No personal user data is acquired by the site.
In addition Istituto di Moda Burgo S.r.l. carries out the treatment procedures and performs anonymous data analysis relating to the domain pages visited, seen through cookies. The use Google AdWords cookies can be turned off by visiting http://www.google.it/privacy_ads.html
B. Nature of data collection and the consequences of a failure
Apart from what described for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the forms on the site.
The provision of personal data is required during registration in order to access all public content of the website and the advanced functions in the same.
Their failure will make impossible to access certain content of the website and its advanced features.
C. Data processing purposes and methods
Following is a summary of the operations performed that involve the collection, storage and/or processing of personal data and the purposes pursued by each of them:
C1. collection and storage of personal data in order to provide the services offered by the site http://www.imb.it and to provide to the Legal Authorities the information that may be required
C2. collection, storage and processing of personal data for administrative purposes, including the transmission by e-mail and/or paper communications regarding the institutional purposes
C3. processing of personal data supplied by the user and those generated from the navigation on the site in order to improve the usability of the contents of the site (only for registered users)
Personal data are processed by computer for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, however, in accordance with the legal provisions in force; treatment procedures may be either automated (e.g. using electronic procedures and supports) and manual (e.g. on paper).
Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect uses and unauthorized accesses.
D. Rights of interested parties
The subjects whose personal data refer can at any time exercise their rights with the holder treatment under Article. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, which for convenience we list.
D1. You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of your personal data, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in a comprehensible form.
D2. You have the right to obtain the indication of:
• origin of personal data
• the purposes and methods of treatment
• the logic applied in case of treatment with electronic instruments
• the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2
• the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
D3. You have the right to obtain:
• the updating, rectification or integration of data
• the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose storage is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed
• certification that the operations mentioned in paragraphs D1 and D2 have been notified, as regard to their contents too, to those to whom the data were communicated or spread, except the case in which the performance is impossible or involves the use of means clearly excessive compared to the protected right
D4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
• for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes
• to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication
• the Article 7 rights can be exercised by sending a request to the owner or manager, also through an agent, who will get a right and prompt reply
• The request addressed to the Manager, may also be sent by letter, fax or e-mail
